The main window disappeared after I closed it
Time Keeper may be minimized to the system tray. Open the Windows notification area and choose Show Time Keeper.
The tray icon is not visible
Check the Windows 11 hidden-icons area and taskbar system-tray settings. If the program is running but cannot be restored, close it through Task Manager and then open the EXE again.
Opening the EXE appears to do nothing
Another copy may already be running in the system tray. Time Keeper prevents multiple copies from running.
A global hotkey does not work
The shortcut may already be used by Windows or another application. Choose a different combination.
An alarm or timer makes no sound
Check App volume, quiet hours, the selected reminder sound, and the Windows output-device volume.
Astronomy information is unavailable
Select a valid astronomy city. Some moonrise or moonset events may genuinely be unavailable for a particular date and location.
The local time is wrong
Check the Windows date, time, time zone, and daylight-saving settings. Time Keeper uses the system clock.
